Our system borrows that brilliance—continuously cycling stored lubricant through a dedicated off-line filtration loop to remove particulates, moisture, and other contaminants before they ever reach your machinery. Scheduling these storage tanks in a filtration kidney loop at predetermined intervals is the best way to ensure clean lubricant dispensing. 

Why does this matter? Because oil doesn’t get cleaner sitting in a tank. It quietly absorbs water, collects airborne debris, and generally becomes less pristine over time. With kidney loop filtration, your fluids stay fresh and within ISO cleanliness specs, ready to work as hard as your equipment does. 

The Check Valve = Pump/Motor Protection 

But here’s where it becomes even more unique. In any manual system, there’s always a chance for user error. In this case, a very specific one: if the 3-way ball valve at the pump is set to kidney loop mode and the tank’s 3-way valve is set to dispensing mode, you’ve just created the perfect storm for a dead-headed pump. 

Dead-heading means the pump runs with nowhere for the fluid to go (if there is any) and worse—without a fresh supply of lubricant flowing through the pump. That’s a fast track to overheating, starvation, and premature failure of your motor and pump. 
The incorporation of a check valve leg from the tank, engineered to open at just 4.2 PSI, is a predictive enhancement. If the pump finds itself starved and struggling, this valve opens up like a helpful lubrication assistant. It supplies enough lubricant to prevent damage, acting as a pressure-activated guardian against mishaps. It’s a simple solution to a complex problem—and it's built right in.
