Closed System Kits protect equipment from lubricant contamination and pressure-related issues. Each kit includes a Closed System Opto-Matic Oiler, a contamination control and removal component, and a pressure management element. Kits also come with all the necessary hardware for installation, including your choice of stainless-steel tubing or stainless-steel braided line for Closed System Opto-Matic Oiler connection. Together, these components create a sealed system that preserves lubricant integrity and extends equipment life.

Closed System Oiler with Watchdog EX Breather

The Closed System Oiler Kit with Watchdog EX Breather is built to keep your equipment protected especially in tough, dirty, or contaminated environments. You get to choose the type of Closed System Oiler with wire guard that fits your setup, plus a Watchdog EX Breather that removes contaminants and uses check valves to keep the system sealed tight. To connect everything, pick between a flexible braided stainless-steel line or a rigid, bendable stainless steel tube, whichever works best for your space.

The Closed System Oiler Kit with Watchdog Oil Dryer and Expansion Chamber is all about keeping moisture and pressure under control. You can choose the Closed System Oiler with wire that works best for your equipment, and it comes with a Watchdog Oil Dryer to pull moisture out of your system. An Expansion Chamber helps manage pressure changes, keeping things balanced inside the system. And to connect it all, you’ve got the option of a flexible stainless-steel braided line or a rigid, bendable stainless-steel tube, whatever fits your setup best.

Closed System Opto-Matic Oilers

The Closed System Opto-Matic Oiler is a key part of maintaining clean, consistent lubrication in equipment exposed to harsh conditions, frequent temperature swings, or heavy washdowns. Unlike traditional oilers that vent directly to the atmosphere, the Closed System Oiler is sealed, helping to prevent contaminants like moisture and dirt from entering the lubrication system. It works by equalizing internal pressure without drawing in unfiltered air, which helps protect the oil and extend both lubricant and equipment life. There are two types of Closed System Opto-Matic Oilers to choose from, depending on your application.
