DL Magnum Spray Cooling System

The DL Magnum Spray Cooling System provides cooling solutions for light duty machining and tool room applications. Because of its independent controls, advanced nozzle design, and metal conduit design, it is a step up from the DL Spray System. This dispenser is easy to install requiring only shop air and dropping the siphon line into a coolant tank.

Feature

Advanced Siphon Nozzle

The streamlined conical, concentric siphon design allows the air supply to atomize the fluid as it is dispensed through the tip.

Independent Controls

Separate air (black) and liquid (gold) needle valves allows for independent air and liquid flow. Use less coolant with high air flow for increased chip-clearing power while reducing overspray. Some air is still required as it is what creates the siphon effect for the liquid flow.

Pick-Up Tube Filter and Check Valve

A 40 x 40 mesh screen at the end of the pick-up tube prevents contaminants from entering the coolant line, preventing clogging and needle valve leakage. The addition of the check valve allows the coolant in the lines to remain primed for faster start-up flow.

Mounting Magnet

A 60 lb. magnet allows versatile mounting options, keeping the nozzle in optimum position.

Firm Metal Conduit

A 15 in. flexible, yet firm, metal conduit keeps its shape and eliminates plastic knuckle deterioration.

BSPT Models Available

DL Magnums are available in 1/4" BSPT air inlet threads.

Coolant Packages Available

DL Magnum and 1 qt. Tri-Cool TC-1 can be purchased in a convenient package.
