Piston Oil Lubrication Systems

Piston Oil Lubrication Systems are used on industrial machinery like; CNC machine centers, lathes, grinding machines, plastic injection machines, forging machines, and woodworking machines. They use a piston lubricator, piston distributors and accessories like piping and fittings to lubricate points with specific amounts of lubricant.

Recommended for use on medium sized machinery
Lubrication points no more than 3.0 meters from pump
No more than 16 lubrication points
Recommended viscosity ranges 30-450 cSt

PE-70 Series

Recommended for use on larger sized machinery
Lubrication points no more than 4.5 meters from pump
No more than 25 lubrication points
Recommended viscosity ranges 30-450 cSt

PE-80 Series

Recommended for larger sized machinery
Lubrication points no more than 5.5 meters from pump
No more than 30 lubrication points
Recommend viscosity ranges 30-450 cSt
