Business Development

Ray Dalley

Ray has been performing research, manufacturing, sales and marketing with Ferrography (wear debris/particle analysis) for the past 30 years. He gives lectures worldwide for the Electric Power Research Institute, Society of Automotive Engineers, National Lubrication Grease Institute, Joint Oil Analysis Program Conference, Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals, and the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers and organizes many training courses. In addition, he is the Vice Chair for the ASTM D2-96-5 Condition Monitoring Group. He has published numerous technical papers and reports in the areas of lubricants and wear particle analysis, and holds memberships in STLE, ASTM, AFE, American Society of Metals and is executive member of the SMRP.

Mike Gauthier

Mike has twenty years of industrial sales and marketing experience. Formerly from the Hydraulic Source, Inc, a full-service distribution warehouse, Mike was responsible for increasing business as National Sales and Marketing Manager. Through the Hydraulic Source, Inc, Mike gained experience in regards to industrial lubrication management. His knowledge provided him the opportunity to join Trico in April 2005 to work in the field doing program implementation and process improvements. Mike transitioned his role at Trico to Director of Global Services for the Cleveland oil analysis laboratory where he was responsible for growing the oil analysis and field service business as well as handle the day to day activities at the Cleveland office. Today, Mike works from the Pewaukee headquarters as Business Development providing customers with solutions to improve asset reliability.
