On Friday March 20, 2015 Trico team members in various roles cap off their week long CLS (Certified Lubrication Specialist) Training at Trico Corporation’s home office in Pewaukee, WI. Globally there are 1236 Certified Lubrication Specialists.

Trico hired 35 year oil industry expert Ray Thibault, owner of a globally recognized CLS training firm specializing in training for STLE’s CLS and OMA I & II and other industry specific certifications. The (STLE) Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers’ TLT magazine wrote this article about Ray back in 2013.

Ray had this to say about this class at Trico:

“This class was very enjoyable and came well prepared. I enjoy classes like this where the students have lots of practical experience because it’s that experience that helps students participate in the training.”

CLS Certification recognizes those individuals who possess current knowledge of lubrication fundamentals and theory. Certification is obtained by scoring at least 70% on a three-hour exam with 150 questions chosen at random from a stockpile of questions covering the following subjects:
