With 37 attendees from 14 different countries, Trico’s 2014 Global Reliability Conference was a great success! The conference was held at the beautiful Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, which is an hour and a half northwest of Trico’s world headquarters.
Our first day kicked off with keynote speaker, Alan Beaulieu, who gave an engaging presentation on world economics and what to look for in the future. Attendees then listened to real-life case studies and how to make their facility more efficient. We concluded the day with a delicious dinner at Field’s restaurant, where Trico employees began building face-to-face relationships with our customers.
Wednesday morning, we talked about possible new technologies from Trico and got enthusiastic feedback from attendees. Our international distributors had their own break-out session on ways Trico can serve them. In the afternoon, we boarded the Original Wisconsin Ducks for a fun ride on the Wisconsin River and Lake Delton. Wednesday evening we had a catered party at the Cabin; lots of laughs and discussion with our customers!
Thursday ended the conference with a business development brainstorming session. Trico employees started a dialogue between our customers in small groups and we walked away with many actionable items. Brian Wright presented a new offering from Trico, a 3D Microscope. Conference participants then had the opportunity to go golfing at the Wild Rock Golf Club at the Wilderness.
In between presentations, attendees could participate in the Technical Room. Trico’s Technical Room included several working displays of our signature products. Our engineers and experts were available during this time to train and answer any questions.
Trico greatly enjoyed hosting this Conference and looks forward to many more! If you would like to be included to receive information on next year’s conference, contact us !
We want to say a special thanks to all our attendees for traveling to visit us; and to our guest presenters: Alan Beaulieu, Brian Wright, Mark Tarbet, Jason Ray and Frank Rogers.
