Ray has been performing research, manufacturing, sales and marketing with ferrography (wear particle analysis) for the past 29 years. He gives lectures worldwide for the Electric Power Research Institute, Society of Automotive Engineers, National Lubrication Grease Institute, Joint Oil Analysis Program Conference, Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals, and the Society of Tribological Lubrication Engineers and organize many training courses. In addition he is the Vice Chair for the ASTM D2-96-5 Condition Monitoring Group. He has published numerous technical papers and report in the areas of lubricants and wear particle analysis, and holds memberships in STLE, ASTM, AFE, American Society of Metals and is executive member of the SMRP.
As Oil Services Business Development Manager at Trico, Walt Huysman deals with the day to day management of oil analysis customers, conveying Trico's unique Total Lubrication Management (TLM) value proposition with them. His background and knowledge allows him to support Trico's overall growth in oil services through bid proposals and new client opportunities. Walt has more than 25 years of experience in the lubrication management industry and has worked for Polaris Laboratories, CTC Analytical Services, and Shell Oil Products. He is certified by the Society of Tribology and Lubrication Engineers (STLE) as a Certified Lubricant Specialist (CLS) and Oil Monitoring Analyst (OMA). In addition he has served as Chairman for STLE.

Kris has spent more than a decade working in the field of predictive maintenance in both oil and vibration analysis as a Predictive Maintenance Technician. He has an extensive background in monitoring of critical equipment in the Pulp and Paper, Automotive, Food Manufacturing, and Chemical Processing industries.
Garland has thirty plus years of experience in plant maintenance and asset reliability and has worked at Kraft Foods, Eveready Battery, and Abbott Laboratories. Prior to working for Trico, he was President/CEO and Executive VP of Sales at Perma USA for seventeen years. Garland established Perma USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Perma-Tec in Germany, to distribute their product line of single point lubricators within the United States. He has gained vast knowledge and experience in regards to the industrial lubrication needs of the refining and mining industries. Garland's background and knowledge allows him to support Trico's overall growth in lubrication management services and products as Director of Global Sales for the last four years. He is responsible for growing existing business and developing new business through a variety of channels.
Mike has twenty years of industrial sales and marketing experience. Formerly from the Hydraulic Source, Inc, a full-service distribution warehouse, Mike was responsible for increasing business as National Sales and Marketing Manager. Through the Hydraulic Source, Inc, Mike gained experience in regards to industrial lubrication management. His knowledge provided him the opportunity to join Trico April 2005 to work in the field doing program implementation and process improvements. Mike transitioned his role at Trico to Director of Global Services for the Cleveland oil analysis laboratory where his responsibility is to grow the oil analysis and field service business as well as handle the day to day activities at the Cleveland office.
