Ray has been performing research, manufacturing, sales and marketing with ferrography (wear particle analysis) for the past 29 years. He gives lectures worldwide for the Electric Power Research Institute, Society of Automotive Engineers, National Lubrication Grease Institute, Joint Oil Analysis Program Conference, Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals, and the Society of Tribological Lubrication Engineers and organize many training courses. In addition he is the Vice Chair for the ASTM D2-96-5 Condition Monitoring Group. He has published numerous technical papers and report in the areas of lubricants and wear particle analysis, and holds memberships in STLE, ASTM, AFE, American Society of Metals and is executive member of the SMRP.
As Oil Services Business Development Manager at Trico, Walt Huysman deals with the day to day management of oil analysis customers, conveying Trico’s unique Total Lubrication Management (TLM) value proposition with them. His background and knowledge allows him to support Trico’s overall growth in oil services through bid proposals and new client opportunities. Walt has more than 25 years of experience in the lubrication management industry and has worked for Polaris Laboratories, CTC Analytical Services, and Shell Oil Products. He is certified by the Society of Tribology and Lubrication Engineers (STLE) as a Certified Lubricant Specialist (CLS) and Oil Monitoring Analyst (OMA). In addition he has served as Chairman for STLE.

Kris has spent more than a decade working in the field of predictive maintenance in both oil and vibration analysis as a Predictive Maintenance Technician. He has an extensive background in monitoring of critical equipment in the Pulp and Paper, Automotive, Food Manufacturing, and Chemical Processing industries.
Kelly has more than 17 years experience in the maintenance and reliability industry. His expertise includes inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining power generation equipment, industrial engines, and marine engines. Prior to working for Trico, he was a field services technician for Caterpillar Power Systems, and served in the U.S. Army in the power generation field working with gas, diesel, and turbine engines, and electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair.
