Kevan has spent the last decade as a senior technical consultant improving the reliability of industrial equipment for numerous companies throughout North America, including assisting Ontario Power’s Pickering Nuclear Generating plant. Extensive “in the field” experience has seen Kevan spear-head equipment maintenance audits, surveys and the development of in-house oil analysis programs. The result has been an increase in the reliability and performance of rotating equipment for many leading organizations. Kevan is a popular speaker with over 10 years of experience teaching college level courses, and providing public and private courses on fluid power, lubrication, lubrication management and oil analysis throughout North America. He is well known in the lubrication and maintenance fields as an author and presenter of numerous technical papers and presentations.

Jim has over twenty years of experience in the manufacturing industry developing and implementing maintenance programs that encompass operator basic care, lubrication, condition monitoring, and precision maintenance. With a degree in mechanical engineering, he has used his skills in the roles of project engineer, planner, supervisor, reliability engineer, and maintenance manager in all areas of an integrated pulp and paper mill.

For the past five years Jim has aggressively pursued a culture change to structured reliability that significantly minimized downtime in a plant with over 15,000 pieces of equipment. He used the plant’s limited resources to gain considerable improvements and cost reduction through reliability techniques such as Condition Based Monitoring and Vibration Analysis. In addition he implemented the design maintenance software application MAINTelligence to integrate monitoring, inspection, and asset management into one database.

Jim is well known in equipment reliability management for the pulp and paper industry as an author and presenter of numerous technical papers and presentations.

Paul has over eighteen years experience in the maintenance field focusing on maintenance management and equipment reliability. He spent 10 years in the United States Army as a Non-commissioned Officer and Commissioned Officer in the Armor Branch, with an extensive background in the maintenance and operation of the M1A1 Main Battle Tank and Fleet Vehicle Maintenance.

Paul has an extensive background in vibration analysis, lubrication management, infrared thermography, airborne ultrasonic technology, reliability centered maintenance methodologies, root cause failure analysis and reliability program implementations using the MAINTelligence Software. For the past five years Paul has assisted and implemented programs for such companies as Georgia-Pacific, Anheuser-Busch, Sun Oil Company, Suncor Energy, J.M. Huber, Genentech and many others. Paul has used his in the field experiences to drive realistic training opportunities. He has also assisted organizations in improving their machine reliability through a “common sense” best practices approach to equipment reliability.

Paul has authored multiple technical articles and has given numerous presentations at industry conferences. He is a Distinguished Military Graduate from the University of Central Florida and holds a Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) rating from the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals.

Kris holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, and Master of Industrial Engineering from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI. Kris has been involved with CMMS for two decades including; designing, developing, testing, selling and marketing CMMS. He has a strong understanding of maintenance functionality and how a CMMS can accomplish them. Kris has authored several books on Computerized Maintenance and has been a contributing author of several handbooks as well as authored numerous articles in technical and trade journals. He has conducted dozens of seminars on Maintenance Management and is a frequent speaker for multiple organizations.

Kris has spent the last decade working in the field of Predictive Maintenance in both oil and vibration analysis as a Predictive Maintenance Technician. He has an extensive background in monitoring of critical equipment in the Pulp and Paper, Automotive, Food Manufacturing, and Chemical Processing industries.

Kelly has worked for Caterpillar Power Systems as a Field Service Technician for the last two years. His experience includes inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining power generation equipment, industrial engines, and marine engines. Prior to working for Caterpillar Power Systems, Kelly spent twelve years with the U.S. Army in the power generation field working with gas, diesel, and turbine engines, and electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair.

Dan has worked as a product designer and engineer in the industrial lubrication industry for over 12 years. He has worked directly with many companies to develop conventional and custom industrial lubrication products and solutions. Dan is MLT I certified and has attended a variety of industrial lubrication seminars led by some of the industry's leading experts.

Mike has 22 years of practical experience in the field of industrial lubrication and equipment reliability management. He has assisted in developing reliability improvement strategies and implementing reliability centered machine lubrication programs for many well known multi-national manufacturers, including Cargill, International Paper, Ford Motors, Goodyear, General Mills, Saturn, Southdown, Chemetals, Arcadian Group, Diesel Recon, and many others.

Mike has an extensive background in theoretical and practical tribology, and uses this knowledge assisting organizations that want to improve machine reliability through training, in-plant coaching, failure analysis, and through advice and support developing standards for precision lubrication practices .

He is well known in the industrial lubrication and equipment reliability management fields as an author and presenter of numerous technical and business articles at public and private seminars in Europe and North America. Mike continues to provide technical articles and expertise for publication through the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers’ (STLE) ‘Tribology Transactions’ and Reliability Web’s ‘Uptime Magazine’.
