SprayMaster Coolant System

SprayMaster Coolant Systems offer spray cooling that features two-line capability and optional stainless-steel tank. The additional upgrade to a one-gallon reservoir makes the SprayMaster the "go to" choice for tool room and other light-to-medium duty machining applications. Typical applications include drilling, milling, turning, grinding, and tapping.

Feature

Nozzle Assembly

One or two 6-inch straight brass nozzle(s), standard with five-foot delivery line(s), allows for remote tank mounting. The armored brass protects the internal plastic delivery lines from melting from hot metal chips.

Coolant Sight Gauge

An 8-inch acrylic sight gauge provides a clear view of how much coolant remains in the convenient 1-gallon reservoir.

Independent Controls

Separate air (black) and liquid (gold) needle valves allows for independent air and liquid flow. Use less coolant with high air flow for increased chip clearing power while reducing overspray. Some air is still required as it is what creates the siphon effect for the liquid flow.

Low Profile Mounting Bracket

Mounting bracket affixed to the back of the tank accepts (2) 5/16" diameter screws at a distance of 8 inches. (HDPE and SS tank)

Large Reservoir

One gallon reservoir capacity and a practical size of 12-1/4"(H) x 10" (W) x 5-1/4" (D)

Optional Stainless Steel Tank

Stainless steel tank offers superior protection from corrosion and heat in a 1-gallon capacity. Dimensions: 9-3/8" (H) x 8-3/8" (W) x 5-1/4" (D)
