Constant Level Oilers
By: Trico Corp

Constant level oilers are designed to maintain a predetermined oil level in a sump, which is necessary for proper lubrication. If the oil level were to drop below this point, the depleted oil would automatically be replenished by the lubricator, returning it to its original level. Using constant level oilers can help increase maintenance efficiencies as well as, decrease maintenance costs, and loss of production time. Even though constant level oilers are simplistic and easy to install, problems can still arise.  Care should be taken when installing, applying and refilling these units. Maintenance Tip
Oil Sampling

You can prevent outside contaminants from getting into your oil sample by following this procedure. Label your sample bottles and place them into a plastic zip-lock bag prior to taking the samples. When you are getting ready to take the sample, without opening the bag, remove the cap off the bottle, connect your vacuum pump, place your sample tubing thru the pump and bag into the bottle, pull the oil sample, remove the vacuum pump and place the lid back on the sample bottle. Now you can remove the sample from the zip-lock bag and discard the bag in accordance with your facility disposal procedures. By doing this you will reduce the outside contaminants in your oil sample, and have a better sample analysis for trending.

Product Feature
The EZI Way to Pump!

EZI-action pumps provide an easy method of dispensing a wide range of liquids from 5 to 55 gallon containers. The pumps dispense fluid on both the up and down stroke with only two moving parts. All EZI-action pumps feature a safety strap, which locks the pump handle in the closed position to prevent accidental discharge of liquids when not in use. Optional color-coding of the Safety Strap, when used in conjunction with fluid transferring and dispensing containers, such as Oil Safe®, minimizes the risk of fluid cross-contamination and ensures the right lubricant is inserted into the right piece of equipment.
